Privacy Policy

1. Who the controller is

The data controller — the party that decides how your data is used — is LS Engenharia (legal name LS ENGENHARIA E CONSTRUCOES LTDA; Brazilian company ID, or CNPJ: 33.973.574/0001-03), which runs the GO360 4D website.

2. What data we collect

In the “Book a demo” form:

• Required: name, company, email and WhatsApp number.
• Optional: job title, project phase and message.
• Submission record: the language and page of the website the message came from, the date and time, and your acceptance of this policy.

The anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and the website hosting process technical connection and browser data, such as your IP address and browser type, only to tell people apart from bots and to protect the website.

If you contact us on WhatsApp at +55 31 97141-2299 or by email, we receive whatever you send us there.

We don't ask for sensitive data (such as health, religion or biometrics) — please don't include it in your message.

3. What we use it for

• Replying to you and scheduling the demo.
• Understanding your project and preparing a proposal, when you ask for one.
• Protecting the form against spam, bots and abuse.

We don't use your data for advertising, we don't sell it and we don't build profiles. If we ever want to send you news, we will ask for separate permission.

4. Legal basis (LGPD, Art. 7)

• Consent (Art. 7, I): the consent box you check in the form before sending it.
• Steps prior to a contract, at your request (Art. 7, V): when you ask for a demo or a proposal.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX): website security and the prevention of spam and fraud, always limited to what is necessary.

You can withdraw your consent whenever you want (see “Your rights”). This does not affect anything done before your request.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers (processors), which handle the data only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — website hosting, the function that receives the form, and the Turnstile anti-spam check.
• Resend (USA) — sending the email with the form content to our inbox.
• Google LLC (Google Workspace, USA) — our business email inbox, where the message is stored.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose to contact us there; in that case, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.

We may also share data when required by law or by an order from a competent authority.

6. International transfer (LGPD, Art. 33)

Cloudflare, Resend and Google (Google Workspace, where our email inbox is hosted) process the data in the United States. This means that sending the form is an international data transfer.

This transfer is based on your specific and highlighted consent, given in the form's consent box (Art. 33, VIII), and on the data protection terms these providers offer their customers. We use these services only for the purposes described here.

7. How long we keep it

We don't have our own database: your message arrives as an email, and our inbox (Google Workspace) is the record.

We keep the message while the conversation about your project is active and for up to 2 years after our last contact. If the conversation turns into a contract, the data then follows the contract and the retention periods required by law. After that, we delete it.

If you ask us to delete your data, we do so sooner — unless the law requires us to keep it.

Cloudflare and Resend keep technical access and delivery logs for short periods, according to their own policies.

8. Cookies and visitor analytics

• The website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies — that's why there's no cookie banner.
• The only thing we store in your own browser is your language choice (local storage, which is not a cookie and doesn't identify you).
• If we measure visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and only shows aggregate numbers, without identifying you.
• The Turnstile check only runs on the form and is not used for advertising.

9. Your rights (LGPD, Art. 18)

At any time and free of charge, you can:

• confirm whether we process your data and get access to it;
• correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• ask for unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in breach of the LGPD, to be anonymized, blocked or deleted;
• ask for your data to be ported to another provider;
• ask for the deletion of data processed based on your consent;
• find out who we share your data with;
• be informed that you may refuse consent and what happens if you do: without consent the form can't be sent, but you can still reach us on WhatsApp or by email;
• withdraw your consent.

How to ask: email contato@go3604d.com.br with the subject line “Privacy”. We may ask for a simple confirmation that you are the data subject, to protect your data.

10. Security

The website only works over a secure connection (HTTPS), the form has an anti-spam check and access to the email inbox is restricted to our team. No system is 100% secure: if an incident occurs that could pose a significant risk or harm to you, we will notify you and the ANPD, as required by the LGPD.

11. Children and teenagers

The website is aimed at construction professionals and companies. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with an updated effective date.
